The two last “diets of the week” were addressed especially to women, therefore not to make men feel harmed, this time we propose a diet specially for them. We present a weight loss diet for men.
Diet for men – rules
The presented weight loss diet for men lasts 5 days and brings quick results. You may lose 2 kg during its application, mainly in the belly, which among men is the most prone to storing extra layer of fat.
During this diet, you need to drink at least 2,5 l of liquids a day and move a lot.
Between the main meals we recommend eating a light lunch, e.g. a small kefir and 100 ml of potato juice (110 kcal) and a snack in the afternoon which may be e.g. a slice of bread with a spoon of curd cheese and sliced cucumber (75 kcal). During the diet, you need to limit the intake of strong coffee and tea and quit drinking alcohol altogether.
Every day in the morning eat one of the proposed breakfasts:
- a slice of wholemeal bread with ½ spoon of skimmed butter, 3 dag of lean boiled ham, 10 dag of melon (205 kcal);
- 2 slices of bread with ½ tablespoon of butter and a teaspoon of berry confiture (160 kcal);
- sugar-free muesli made of 3 tablespoons of rolled oats (sugar-free), a tablespoon of curd cheese and 3 tablespoons of milk. Add 15 dag of honeydew (185 kcal).
Diet for men – the menu
Puree with avocado and bread.
Salmon with horseradish dip.
Tomato-cheese salad, small apple.
Schnitzel with cheese.
Tomatoes with anchovy.
Calf schnitzel with leek cream.
Baked tomatoes with curd cheese.
