Our body absorbs many toxins through the skin or with food, and those toxins often cause our weakness. It is worth to periodically perform a cleansing treatment, which will allow the removal of deposits in the intestines and cleansing from harmful substances.
One of those diet, recommended by Professor Michal Tombak, a specialist in the field of philosophy of treatment, is a six day juices diet. It is a very intensive treatment with natural substances such as magnesium sulfate and freshly squeezed juices. A solution of the bitter salt (i.e. magnesium sulfate) attracts toxins, transports them, and helps in the excretion from the body. As we know, the salt causes dehydration and during the diet it is necessary to drink up to four liters of fruit juice made of citrus fruits, especially mixed together. This way the body gets the vitamins and trace elements. It is also recommended to take enemas, or flushing the colon, through the first three days of treatment.
The diet is recommended for people with gastric ulcer, working under stress, having frequent headaches and feeling the constant fatigue. However, six day juice diet is only the beginning. So if we want our sacrifices to have meaning, we have to change eating habits for at least 2 – 3 months and eliminate from the diet: foods containing white sugar, sweets, jams, preserves chemically preserved, milk and white flour. We must also reduce fatty and fried foods, butter, fish, eggs and meat. From dairy products it is recommended to eat white cheese and sour milk, but also in limited quantities. However the basis for the diet should be: porridge, vegetables, fruits and salads and freshly squeezed juices. Do not combine proteins with carbohydrates. This rule appears in many diets. Here is the menu recommended for juce diet. There are three periods during the treatment. Through the first three days in the morning, we have to drink a solution of the bitter salt on an empty stomach, then we should put on warm clothes. Later we prepare juices: three and a half glasses of grapefruit juice plus about a liter of orange juice, with a cup of lemon juice and two glasses of water. We drink the half-cup of it in every half hour. When you feel hungry, you can eat a grapefruit or an orange. On the fourth and fifth day we introduce vegetables and fruits. You can also drink the juice made of carrots and apples. For a snack: vegetables and fruits. In the last phase, which is the sixth day, we introduce a small portion of porridge, an egg or a piece of fish.
