Recently, apple vinegar has become very popular among people who want to lose unnecessary kilograms. It is based on the fermentation of fruit, which is caused by acetic bacteria. It has an amber color and a characteristic apple scent. It is often used as an addition to salads and meat dishes.

The healing effect of apple vinegar was already known in ancient Egypt and among Romans. It accelerates digestion, stimulates the secretion of gastric juices and the synthesis of digestive enzymes.

Its advantage is also that it helps to break down fats and removes their deposits, which results in weight loss. These properties are due to such ingredients as polyphenols, including chlorogenic acid and catechin, beta-carotene and flavonoids. The apple cider vinegar also contains minerals, vitamins and pectins. To make sure we an apple cider vinegar of  a good quality, it’s best to make it yourself at home. It is not true that drinking apple vinegar allows you to burn fat at a fast pace.

The beginnings of vinegar treatment give such effects, but this is rather the result of the draining properties of this product. If we drink a lot of water at the same time, the detoxifying effect is greater, and getting rid of the deposits also affects the weight reduction. Drinking apple vinegar affects digestion, because more digestive juices are secreted, and digestive enzymes are synthesized faster. It affects the increase of the metabolic rate.

The mentioned detoxifying effect and the presence of pectins and phytochemicals also support this process. However, a warning for people who would like to speed up the metabolism in this way should be the fact that you can not overdo apple cider so as not to irritate the stomach mucosa.

Are there people who can not use it? Side effects can cause people who have ulcer or sensitive stomach problems. They should not reach for traditional apple vinegar, but only for supplements with it.

  1. Losing weight with apple vinegar – effects

Apple cider vinegar supports the cleavage of fat molecules, so that by using a rational diet with calorie restriction and an active lifestyle, it will help in fat burning, and by the way will lower cholesterol. However, you should not count on satisfactory results when the diet will only consist in drinking apple cider vinegar without changing your eating habits.

Limiting sweets, cakes, snacking, constant meal times and physical activity, and additionally adding apple cider vinegar will give the desired effect. The gradual change of eating habits from those that have led to excessive accumulation of fat to those that should stay with us permanently, i.e. the good and slow discharge of unnecessary fat will cause that the risk of yo-yo will not be.

Just drinking apple cider vinegar and returning to the old, bad eating habits will make the kilograms come back, because we will not keep the rules of healthy, rational nutrition.

  1. How to use it?

Which recipe should we use for thinning apple cider vinegar? For good results, dissolve 2-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of boiled water and drink 2 to 3 times a day with small sips before meals. If its taste is not right, you can improve it with honey, adding one of its teaspoon to the solution.

The sale also includes tablets, which in its composition have apple vinegar. How to use them? Dosage is 1-3 tablets a day before meals. Opinions about these tablets on the forum are different, but it also depends on expectations. Using only tablets will not cause you to lose weight.
