Tite are so many diets in the world that it’s impossible to calculate them all. Some are more popular, otits smaller, some more effective, otits less. Recently, if weight loss is at stake, the clock diet began to be very popular. It got loud about it recently and suddenly many people wanted to know what to eat, how to eat, what effects to expect. Have you already heard about this diet? Do you know what it is and how it can affect your appearance? About all of this below.
Each of us knows how weight loss affects the well-being. On the one hand, we are excited about the fact that we are going in the right direction and are fighting for a better look, but on the other, the prospect that we can’t see the effects of weeks, months of sacrifices and changes in diet can really make us very angry mood. But let’s start from the beginning.
What is a clock diet?
It’s a diet lasting three days, in which the main emphasis is placed on the time of taking meals, at intervals equal to every two hours. What to eat? The protein plays a major role in this diet and it’s found in most prepared meals. You can’t use salt and sugar, you need to choose products with low energy value, and drink at least 2.5 litres of water a day. These are the main and basic principles that should be kept in the diet. We eat seven meals every day for three days. We start immediately after getting up and we continue eating a meal every 2 hours, paying attention to the fact that we only eat the products marked on the menu. We do not forget to drink green tea during the day and red tea half an hour before each meal.
When will the effects be visible? Such a diet can show us a decidedly lower weight already after these three days of use, but it should be realised that there is no possibility of dumping the accumulated fat tissue this way. In this case, only water comes from us. What is particularly important, such a diet is low in calories, and this is of great importance for our metabolism, for general well-being and mood. So if we are thinking about how to lose weight, it’s worth approaching this subject definitely more rationally, spreading it over time, rethinking the whole, putting on a healthy lifestyle, full meals and, above all, physical activity. If we do everything together, we will no doubt be fully satisfied with what we can achieve and not in the form of several kilos less weight after three days, which will come back soon, but in the form of a healthy approach that will give us the possibility of getting rid of fat tissue first.
If, however, someone wants to apply to it and make a temporary deviation, wanting to see their weight drop, get rid of the swollen belly just before the party, maybe such a diet is a good idea. So what does the menu look like?
- 7.00 am – a cup of green or red tea or grain coffee – without sugar!
- 9.00 – hardboiled egg with a slice of dark bread, as well as bitter tea or coffee
- 11.00 – a cup of natural yoghurt and three strawberries
- 13.00 – 200 g steamed fish and 3 tablespoons of dark rice
- 15.00 – 200 g of citrus fruit
- 17.00 – a slice of dark bread with a thin slice of ham, and a glass of mineral water or a bitter tea or coffee
- 19.00 – a glass of vegetable juice
There are many opinions about the clock diet. There is no doubt, however, that this is not a diet to get rid of fat. This is a momentary fatigue of the organism that only slows down the work of our metabolism. We will get rid of water, we will see 2 – 3 kilograms less weight, and they will soon return. Is it worth to torture the body this way? Certainly not and it’s better to go on a diet in which the weight loss process will look as it should.
