A very wise saying says that we do the stomach in the kitchen and to a large extent it’s true. We are what we eat, so it’s worth eliminating both sweets and other simple carbohydrates, as well as things that cause flatulence. It’s worth counting your calories, because only thanks to the negative calorie balance, we will be able to achieve the intended effect. A very important element that you should definitely remember is strengthening deep muscles, i.e. performing core stability exercises. For the muscles to be held in check, the core must be strong and steady. The best solution is undoubtedly planking, which is the number one exercise in this matter. Certainly, by strengthening our deep muscles, we will strengthen the whole body, we will have better form, and all other exercises will bring us pure pleasure. So in addition to a good diet and cardio training, certainly a very good idea would be to strengthen our spine and muscles around it, because it has a positive response on many levels, also on the one in which we want to achieve a much better look of our belly.
● We say no to alcohol!
Undoubtedly, alcohol is not a good option if you want to get a flat stomach. It has many empty calories, and it also increases the feeling of hunger, so if you want to have a perfect stomach, it’s better to give up alcohol completely. Of course, one glass of wine from time to time won’t harm anyone, and a bit of stronger alcohol at a larger party is not bad, but we can try to drink alcohol in the smallest quantities, and if we have the opportunity to – give it up completely!
● Proper eating habits
An extremely important point, which is what we eat. We make the belly in the kitchen, which is why we should pay attention to what lands on our plate. No more processed foods, fast food, sweets, and sweet and carbonated drinks. No more sugar in any form!
