It’s worth remembering about the least processed spices, and focus more on herbs, both fresh in pots and dried ones. The ground is to have such extras with which every dish will taste delicious. And when it comes to sweets? It’s definitely worth giving up having bars, chips and similar extras at home. Maybe it’s worth having dark chocolate or such elements to be able to make something sweet out of them, for example porridge with raisins, or oat cookies with nuts and coconut. The possibilities are endless.
