How to lose 10 lbs?

How to lose 10 lbs without larger effort and without spending money on weight loss supplements? How to lose weight in a cheap and effective way? You may drink green or red tea, as they both support weight loss. If you need to eat out, choose the restaurants that serve low-calorie and healthy meals instead of fast-foods.

Use various substitutes during your weight loss process, for example:

  • tea with raspberry syrup 78 kcal vs tea with dried raspberries 8 kcal;
  • jellybeans 306 kcal vs fruit jelly 67 kcal;
  • 2 scoops of ice cream 262 kcal vs 2 scoops of sorbet 123 kcal;
  • sweetener instead of sugar.

Watch out for spices. Some spices exacerbate appetite and make you eat more than you need. It is best to use delicate natural spices. If you want to lose 10 lbs, you need to do shopping with a shopping list. You will avoid buying products, which you don’t need. Never go shopping when you are hungry, as you will definitely buy more. It has been confirmed by research. Buy only the products you really need. When shopping, choose light products, however, beware of light products with lower content of fat, as they usually contain a lot of sugar.

Choose products with low glycemic index. Products with high glycemic index provide sugar to the organism and quickly make you hungry.

Vegetable snacks. Replace unhealthy snacks between meals with healthy vegetable snacks, such as for example carrot. Eat only healthy snacks. Carrot is filling and will quickly satisfy your huger. It has little calories and provides a lot of vitamins, which are essential for the proper functioning of teeth and eyes.

Eat meals which are smaller by a half. Follow a rule, that from now on you will eat only a half of what you have been eating so far. You will quickly notice that you are losing kilograms.

Practice sport. You may even play games on your play station, as modern devices are equipped with special motion detector, making the game more dynamic. Therefore, you move in front of the television. You have fun, relax and lose weight!

Go biking. If the weather is nice and you have a bike in the basement or garage, go for a ride. You will not only lose weight, but also oxygenate the brain in the fresh air.
