How to quickly lose weight – Part 2

If you eat carbohydrates, protein and fats in the right ratio, counting calories is not a necessity, but if you do not have a lot of knowledge about the amount of food you eat, and we also want to achieve the desired effect, certainly counting calories may be the best whatever we can bet. You can choose a kitchen scale, which is accompanied by a special program that makes calorie counting much easier. You can also choose calorie counting with the appropriate program available on the web or operating as an application on your smartphone. The beginnings are always difficult, but after a while counting is not really a problem.

Adequate breakfast

Everyone knows that breakfast is the most important thing when it comes to meals during the day. It gives us energy, drives us to action, or allows us to put metabolism on the right track. it’s worth having breakfast up to 30 minutes after waking up. But what to eat? Until recently, most thought that a carbohydrate breakfast was ideal. At present, a lot has changed in this matter and an increasing group of people think that breakfasts with a lot of protein are the best to be able to start the day properly, stay full longer and provide the body with everything that is best for it at the beginning of the day.

The right amount of water

Of course, water is necessary, both in the weight loss process and every day. Each of us should drink a minimum of 2-3 liters of water a day. This is absolutely the basis for the body to live a healthy life, have energy and strength. So let’s remember that, no matter what season we have outside the window, whether we have to lose two or twenty kilograms, whether we are 18 or 40 years old. Dietary fiber is extremely important and should be remembered as much as possible. Fiber also acts as a clog, which means that its presence in the diet protects us against sudden hunger attacks. We want to lose weight and at the same time not feel a constant desire to eat between meals? Certainly fiber is the basis here.

Zero processed products

Processed food is the worst we could ever choose. without a doubt, therefore, we should remember to completely eliminate from the diet everything that is processed and what is hidden under the words fast food. There are so many ways to prepare a variety of meals that undoubtedly we should avoid such food in a wide arc.

Adequate amount of sleep

Sleep and weight loss? It turns out that it’s really very important when it comes to our appearance. If we don’t get enough sleep, our body produces a greater amount of stress hormone, which in turn has a great impact on our entire weight loss process, which, in fact, is extremely complicated and is influenced by a lot of elements. So it’s worth remembering and trying to sleep about 7-8 hours a day.

The right amount of exercise

The fact that you need to exercise to lose weight is known by everyone, but unfortunately not everyone is aware that overtraining also does not positively affect how our body responds to the slimming process. it’s worth betting on 3-4 training sessions a day or in the case of more advanced people even on 5 such training sessions, but we must also remember about regeneration, which is as important as the training itself. We often don’t want to exercise, and when we start, we don’t feel like ending. it’s worth knowing full restraint in this respect.

It’s also important to remember about tests. Before we start this whole fight for a better look for good, it’s definitely worth to thoroughly examine yourself beforehand so as to be sure that we are sure we are healthy and ready to take on the challenge of fighting for a better self. We definitely do blood counts, urine tests, thyroid tests. These are the absolute basics to be able to start acting in the fight against kilos.

Healthy approach

And last but not least, a healthy attitude must be remembered. Everything has its time and slimming is not a quick fight to get the desired effect, but hard work in which you have to give 100% yourself. If we take care of it, we will be motivated and properly oriented, we will definitely succeed.

If we start to refer to the above principles, certainly the effects of our diet will be noticed much faster. Sometimes small things can really matter. Many people go hungry, feel bad, reach for slimming pills, and everything can be reduced to small changes in our daily lives. Is it really too much?
