Diet food – is it really healthy?
We try to focus on light food, we choose foods marked with fit. Is it really the case that this food is better in the weight loss process? Not necessarily. Marketing works here most often, and the issue of healthy products is secondary and it turns out that it’s not necessarily better. So if we are at the weight loss stage, not necessarily fit or light food will prove to be perfect to be able to lose weight. Let’s remember this, because why should we overpay, believe in miracles, if it’s not going to help with our goals. It’s definitely better to bet on healthy, nutritious food.
