Thermogenics is not just synthetic supplements in the form of capsules, powder or tablets. Some naturally occurring food products are characterized by proreductive properties. Often, they are also ingredients of various slimming preparations.
In my earlier articles, many times I presented natural supplements that can be successfully incorporated into the diet. Their action very often leads to stimulation of metabolism, increase in body temperature or improve digestion. There are many examples, and the most popular ones are
– citrus fruit (bitter orange, grapefruit);
– spices (cinnamon, ginger, chilli pepper, pepper);
– Garlic;
– leguminous vegetables.
