One of the key elements in addition to a diet is undoubtedly physical activity. If we want to lose weight, it’s so important that we do it. It’s exercise that allows us to burn more calories, it gives you the opportunity to get a firmer body, it secretes endorphins that make us feel great, and we are happy, satisfied and fulfilled. There are a lot of reasons why exercise is so important, so it’s definitely worth introducing into our lives.
But what if we hate exercising, no activity gives us joy, and every to do with it is hard work? What to do if you want to lose weight, but there is nothing you want to do that would involve movement and being an active person?

It turns out that you can lose weight without exercising. It’s known that the basis in such situations is diet. You should put your 100% to it and stick to it fully. However, being on a diet is also not as easy as it may seem. There are ways to eat less, to consume fewer calories and live peacefully, without nerves and stress, even if our diet is the reduction, without the pleasurable things that we would normally eat every day.

• Creating the right atmosphere
Celebrating food should be something normal for us, which gives us pleasure, moments of joy and happiness. We look and if we see a whole plate loaded with food to the brim, it seems to us that we have a lot of this food, even if the same amount would be on a large plate, where there would still be a lot of space.

Although many people think that constant weighting does not make sense at all, it very often has a positive effect on our psyche. If we see weight going down, we have even more mobilization to fight for it. And if we see that there is more weight, then we work with double power even more so that we can escape this state. Along with everything we use, certainly a long, healthy sleep is another very important element, if it comes to weight loss. We should have 8 hours of sleep per day, paying attention to the fact that this sleep hygiene plays a role in the weight loss process, but not only a very important role. If we are tired, we reach for food faster, eat often between meals, and allow ourselves a variety of sweets. If we are well rested, however, it’s easier for us to control our diet and follow the recommendations we are given.
• Breakfast
And the last of the very important issues is breakfast. This is the most important meal of the day, which is why it’s so important that we have it. It’s to give us energy, to awake and stimulate us to act, and make us want to experience every day at high speed.
If you don’t want to exercise, we can’t or simply hate it, then certainly following the above advice will hit the bull’s-eye and be the best possible solution. We are convinced that sometimes small changes have the greatest power and meaning and by choosing them you can fully enjoy the effects that we care about.
