If we do not eat them with any sauces, there are only 70 calories in 100g of potatoes, so it’s not much, and it stops hunger for a long time. Eggs are another important product. We should not forget about them because they do not have a bad effect on the level of cholesterol in the blood, and they are important because they are rich in protein and healthy fats. And you can not forget that water is the foundation! it’s necessary and everyone should remember it. A person without physical activity should drink about 1.5 litres of water a day, and when exercising increase that to 2-4 litres.
Asking yourself what helps you lose weight, really a lot of things. it’s worth to use hot spices, it’s worth having coconut oil, a handful of nuts a day. it’s also good to change your eating habits in terms of the number of meals or the times you eat them.
