Or maybe it’s better to start measuring yourself? Or just look in the mirror and see what is true there?

It’s very important to be aware of what we put on the plate, monitor how much we eat on a given day, and check whether our meals are healthy and adequate. It’s a good idea to make a food diary in which you can save all the most important information. Such action gives you the opportunity to be up to date with your changes and control how the whole weight loss process looks like.
• Taking care of the right amount of protein in your diet
Many people make a very big mistake and introduce too little protein into their diet, which is the most important thing if we want to get rid of unnecessary kilograms. A larger amount of protein reduces appetite, helps us stop snacking between meals, and increases metabolism. It’s definitely worth putting on a large amount of protein for breakfast, because this action will make us fuller and we won’t reach for additional calories.

If we want to lose weight, we need to provide our body less than we need, but this does not mean that we should starve ourselves. To lose weight, you need to eat properly. We reduce the amount of calories, but not enough to have no strength and energy.

In addition to cardio workouts, which are very important in weight loss, it’s worth doing some exercises with weights. Because if you lift weights, you increase muscle mass, and the more muscles you have, the faster you burn fat. So let’s choose cardio workouts that increase your heart rate and allow us to lose weight, but also strength ones. The combination of both will definitely give spectacular results.
And in addition, it’s worth putting on a good night of sleep, the right amount of water, avoiding alcohol and celebrating everything that is associated with food.
